Players Club Program Rules
Your participation in the Players Club constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Players Club Program Rules (“Rules”).

1. Eligibility & Identification
Montana Law prohibits persons under 18 years of age from engaging in any gambling activity. Therefore, players must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid, government-issued photo identification, and a valid mobile phone number and/or email address in order to become a member of Players Club and to redeem Players Club points, offers and promotions. Identification that is deemed acceptable is in the sole discretion of management and may vary by participating location.

2. Enrollment Requirements
Any player wishing to join Players Club must have a verified player profile registered at Big Sky Lanes and select a confidential Personal Identification Number (PIN). The profile will be used by the player.
The player must review and accept the Players Club terms and conditions.

3. Membership Use & Restrictions
Membership in Players Club and all associated benefits are non-transferable. Members are prohibited from using another member’s customer profile for any purpose.

Members are responsible for logging into the Players Club when arriving to the casino. The casino attendant will assign members to a machine and move the member as they move machines. However, it is the players responsibility to notify the casino attendant when moving from machine to machine to ensure that the Players Club points are properly awarded.

4. Points Redemption
Members may redeem Players Club points on machine play only. Players Club points have no cash value and members have no vested property interest in the points. Players Club points cannot be used for match play funds, cashing out to take with you, tips, donations, etc.
Daily Redemption Limits:

Players in White & Red Tier may redeem up to $500 per calendar day

Players in Blue Tier may redeem up to $750 per calendar day

Players in Gold Tier may redeem up to $1,000 per calendar day
All Players Club redemptions are final unless otherwise allowed at the discretion of management.

5. Earning & Ownership of Points
Players Club points are earned based on a member’s credits played. Players Club point balances remain property of the participating location where they are earned until redeemed by a member.

6. Communications & Contact Information
By providing your email address and/or mobile phone number, you consent to receiving Players Club offers and promotions by email and/or text message. It is the member’s responsibility to keep their email address, mobile phone number and/or mailing address updated in order to receive offers and promotions.

7. Employee & Family Restrictions
A casino employee may not perform Players Club transactions for immediate family members (parent, grandparent, brother, sister, child, spouse, or anyone living in the same household) unless the employee is the only person on shift.

Employees of Big Sky Lanes & Casino are not permitted to join Players Club or gamble at their place of employment.
​
8. Adjustments & Corrections
Players Club points may be adjusted by management to correct malfunctions, errors, and discrepancies.

9. Program Changes & Termination
Management reserves the right to deny anyone membership, or cancel, change or revise the Membership Rules and benefits at any time. Members can access the most current membership rules at www.bigskycasino.com/playersclub. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel the Players Club program at any time, for any reason.

Management has the right to suspend or cancel membership in the Players Club due to violation of the Rules, or for any misconduct by the member, all as determined by management in its sole discretion. In the event of a membership cancellation for any reason, the member’s Player Club points shall immediately expire, without recourse.

10. Inactive Accounts
If a Players Club account does not reflect any activity for a period of 3 years the participating location may cancel the Players Club account and the entire Real Reward point balance, if any, will expire.

11. Disputes & Complaints
The participating location where the Players Club points are earned has ultimate authority to settle any disputes regarding Players Club membership or benefits. Any complaints regarding enrollment or benefits of Players Club must be submitted via contact form at www.bigskylanes.com, and management’s resolution shall be final and binding on the member.

12. Win/Loss Statements
Big Sky Lanes & Casino nor The Players Club does not provide win/loss statements. Additional information about the Players Club Program may be available at https://www.bigskylanesandcasino.com/players-club

13. Severability
If any provision of these rules is deemed invalid or unenforceable by law or regulation, such provision shall be deemed void, but all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Privacy
By participating in the Players Club Program, you consent to the collection and use of member personal information in accordance with these rules and the Players Club privacy policy, as it may be updated from time to time.
